Ngare Ndare is a Lush indeginious forest at the foothills of Mt. Kenya. Azure pools glisten at the bottom of waterfalls and 200years old trees stretch into the canopy supporting a rich variety of bird and animal life.

DAY 1: NAIROBI – NGARE NDARE
0700 hrs. Pick up at bata near Hilton Hotel debriefing by the tour driver. Then start the safari to Ngare ndare. The driver takes approximately 4 hours drive from Nairobi to nanyuki, another 40 minutes drive brings you to ngare ndare forest and 20 minutes from timau town.
1100 hrs. arrival at Ngare Ndare forest check – in at the gate then rest for an hour Then take lunch. Pitch tents, have dinner then rest for the day.

DAY 2: HIKING AT THE WATERFALLS, SWIMMING
0700 hrs. take early breakfast, then in the company of a trained and experienced guide, we begin the hike that takes 2 to 3 hours round trip, enjoy the birdwatching and the beautiful scenery
0100 hrs. enjoy a picnic lunch at the wooden platfoarm then go for waterfall viewing, diving and swimming throughout the afternoon. Then go back to the camping site take dinner and take a rest

DAY 3: NGARE NDARE - -NAIROBI
0700 hrs. take a walk to the sky canopy walk which is a 40 feet high aerial bridge of wire mesh and cables meandering through the tree canopy and extending 450 meters long.the walkway ends at wooden platform where you can relax and enjoy a view of the river from this elevated vantage point and often black rhinos, wild dogs, elephant and buffalo can be sighted up there.
1000 hrs. head back to Nairobi
